SALP stands for the Statement of Assets and Liabilities Position and a statement to evidence that the visa applicant owns enough asset to migrate to Australia.
SALP is designed to provide a snapshot of the financial status of the applicant and the information is needed to assess the “time of application” criterion that the applicant own assets throughout the two years prior to application. The applicant is required to provide documentary evidence for each asset that is claimed on the form.
The SALP is required for Business Innovation Stream, Investor Stream, Significant Investor stream, Premium Investor stream and the applicant is required to list their eligible investment assets such as cash, real estate, business ownership, stocks, and bounds and calculate the total value of their asset.
